From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a very knowledgeable young man, Bert patiently answered my questions and guided me through the process of upgrading my phone, filing a claim, and choosing accessories. His charm and humor allowed the process to go by smoothly and comfortably without any distractions. It was absolutely amazing! Definitely five star service!!

Wish I can take the one star away max was very nice when asked if a 5 dollar SIM card and 15 dollar act fee to be waived so called manger denied I asked if he can do a courtesy for he refused I told him was a employee for over 9 years he then replied cool bit cool we all work together maybe you should clean your store and vacuum SIM cards on floor dirty counter tops and just straight out lazy mangers cell tech authorized dealers is not the way to go people stick to a corporate store and stay away from this store unless you shop with max and by the way reps name was Romeo that was rude so you all know not to shop with him and then on top of that had to pay full price cause they dont know how to setup a pre pay Im so frustrated if I was in a hurry for a emergency phone for my daughter I would leave these reps need some help store manger didnt help or offer to set up phone for auto pay what a waste of time
