Yes he withdraw from my daughters case, as of yesterday o1/31/2022 , as far as being a good lawyer, he was always late and his fellow attorneys know this, as for defending he never called anyone to testify on my grandsons defense, when the judge would as him if he had anything to add, he would respond, no my daughter and I took him numerous documents, which he never showed to the judge or he never bothered to look, yesterday was the first time he was on time a few months ago I paid 5000.00 which he said was for the trial, and he cancelled the trial, I do not know if his going to have the courtesy of returning the monies, also he sent some medical documents, that as per his staff he had to check, and was given to the other parties attorney which was taken the wrong way and that cause alot of problems to my daughters case, one more thing, his office never bothered to send a courtesy call letting us know that the court had again postponed the case, so we showed up all times, and the bailiff was the one to inform us court had been canceled, we need attorneys that are not desensitize, and show empathy towards the children.
