        VERY DISAPPOINTED I TRUSTED YOU GUYS! My grandpa and two other seniors were left in the van for almost 30 minutes today with no a/c on! I am not just disappointed in the lack of service and care you all showed today but Im also hurt, that I live 9hrs away from my grandpa and having to find out by my uncle that he was in the hospital today due this (and it was hot today 98 and humid) Im mad. We did a report with the sheriffs and I will be calling tomorrow morning and speaking to someone about this situation and the story you guys give better not have no flaws. I will be taking a trip down there again very soon and addressing this matter in person of elder abandonment in this heat! NO EXCUSES POOR JUDGEMENT ON YOU GUYS PART!
