La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Eastland

Pool heater is not working (4/8/2024) and Char****, did not honor our request for a discount. Char**** said we (patrons) do not pay for the pool, we only pay for the room. Char****, customer satisfaction is not her strong work ethic. On the bright side, the heater in the hot tub worked fine. Walkability: To a Walmart and quick bites to eat (fast foods places) and to Texadelphia the original Texas Cheesesteak Philly.

good location, service and people were very nice. room was like a hotel. sounds of construction all around or something when i was trying to sleep. all in all there was no happy ending.

Was told pretty much everything was not available for a family reunion. Didnt even ask when it was planned. Told me pool not working and meeting room not available before I even asked. Was not friendly at all about it and shut me down before I even got to finish asking questions. Not impressed at all and won't be going back.
