      image I went to get a new card, a girl named Lisandra helped me. Super bad treatment, I asked him to speak to me in Spanish since I don't understand English much. And she turned her face at me and then started talking to me in Spanish and was super rude just because I asked her to talk to me in Spanish. I don't know why people act like they don't know if I speak it perfectly. I will change banks because the treatment is always super terrible.
