Thomas Thornton: Allstate Insurance

I reached out to Mr. Thornton to answer a very important question about my policy. At the time, he was helpful and assured me everything was okay. A week or so later I discovered one of my policies was canceled and he had given me incorrect information. I reached out to him to discuss. He has not responded and it has been over a week. We all make mistakes, however, how we respond is important. When there is poor customer service I can not trust that Im in good hands. I no longer do business with Allstate for any of my insurance coverage needs.

I felt very pleased with my experience with Mr. Thornton. Mr. Thornton is very patient and knowledgeable about the products which allowed for him to recommend the correct amount of coverage for my home and car. In addition, Mr. Thornton and his office provides great customer service to the clients. I am very pleased to have Allstate/Mr. Thornton protecting my home and car. For this reason, I have recommended his agency to many family and friends who now have their home and cars protected by Mr. Thornton/Allstate.
