Rude customer service by Micheal (older guy), he handed me the wrong drink, after I specified what I wanted when I first ordered, after my order was confirmed he hands me over a matcha drink and I requested an oatmilk latte. I politely told him that was the wrong drink and then he refused to accept that he made a mistake with my order and didnt offer to replace it. How do you want me to take a drink that could potentially give me an alergic reaction, as matcha has done in the past. Just take the drink you handed me and re-do it Im not asking a favor Im paying for a service and drink of my choice not yours buddy. He asked me to park in the parking space of Starbucks as he was Ill bring it out to MY CAR. After this man is standing at the curb with my drink and not coming to my car where I was asked to park out he starts shouting COME ON HURRY UP sir if that was the case you should have told me to come inside and get my drink. The level of rudeness and laziness from this man.

We went in this restaurant today 2-16-24 Ticket 661454 The manager or whoever the older gentleman was. Was the worse employee (manager, maybe) that I have ever encountered. He was running the employees like a sweat shop. Very much micromanage his employees, which is messing the employees up. I have never seen this store so messed up. I love going to this location because of service. But I believe it will end due to him.
