I was involved in an auto accident where I hit a DART Bus as a result of a black out and light signals not working in the Dallas metroplex March 2017, I filed a claim with my auto insurance "Standard Insurance" they are the worse insurance ever, they, tell me that they do not offer car rental insurance at all, and that I would be out of my pocket to pay for a rental car while my car was being repaired. I went to Caliber collision and was told that it would be two weeks before they could give me a estimate, I drove a few minutes more on the service road of hwy 67 to First Choice Collision, a very professional man by the name of Jeff came out to view my car and immediately gave me a estimate, committing to the repair of my car within 3 days. Jeff also went out of his way to secure me a rental car for a very good price. Standard Insurance dragged their feet accusing me and this wonder collision company of causing more damage to my car. Jeff stood up for us both and assured them that the damage done to my car was the result of the initial accident. Standard took 10 days to give approval of the supplement claim that Jeff submitted, Jeff went to bat for me a stranger, he called my insurance every day and was emphatic to me as I came to reality how bad Standard Insurance is. I highly recommend First Choice Collision Center, my car has been restored to the look of when I purchased it. Jeff was professional, kind, knowledgeable and resourceful.
