Dave and the McArthur/Gutierrez team were great to work with. They were very friendly and professional and even went beyond their range of responsibility to help us do a home purchase without a realtor. They answered all of our questions and helped resolve issues typically handled by the realtor. They were always timely in their responses and were even ready to close ahead of schedule (unfortunately the seller was not). From the time we filled out the application online until closing, the McArthur/Gutierrez team did everything in their power to ease the process and make it as convenient as possible. If ever needed, we would use them again and recommend others to as well.

Antonio and the team went above and beyond for our first home buying experience. Very knowledgeable with my VA Home Loan, and answered every question my wife and I had. Very responsive and fast! We cant recommend them enough.
