Gracie Barra Dripping Springs

Simply saying this is a great place, does not do it justice. The instruction is top notch, the facility is impeccable, and the student body is friendly and lacking the ego you can find at some martial arts schools. As an older student, I can attest to the fact that the pace that is set is of your own choice, but the challenge is there if you want/need it! I wish I had joined sooner...better late than never!

Hands down the best jiu jitsu gym in Texas. Professor Max Bookman and the team at DSGB is not only knowledgeable but shares a family-like team atmosphere that is incredibly accepting. I couldnt imagine rolling anywhere else.

I wanted to share an early impression of these guys. I had a few minutes to drop by and check the place out. Four members were winding down from a workout and were about to leave. Was worried that I was keeping these guys from leaving, but they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. These guys are huge, imposing figures, but all of them were quick to laugh, very interested in who I was, and just sweet people. I have been on the fence for months about whether or not to commit. In less than ten minutes, every concern Ive had just melted away. I found friends and a new home. Cant say enough about my visit. Thanks guys. Im in. See you soon.
