Casey Custom Decorative Concrete

I typically dont write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so in this case. I spent quite a lot of time researching companies to install an epoxy garage coating on my garage floor. I contacted numerous companies. One company came to my house and gave me a very good quote for an epoxy floor. I also called Casey Custom Decorative Concrete. Sherry and Cameron came to my residence to examine the project. They told me that Polyuria/Polyaspartic is four times stronger than Epoxy. It also cures faster so I can put my cars back in the garage much sooner. Having learned about the advantages of Polyuria over Epoxy, I called and emailed the other company I was considering, asking their perspective. I never heard from them again. I emailed and texted Sherry at Casey Custom Decorative Concrete several times and each time received a detailed answer to my questions. I have never received such rapid and thorough responses from any other company! And then Ramiro and Edgar came to my house to begin the work. What a fabulous crew! I cant say enough great things about them! They did a phenomenal job!! I only have one problem with Casey: they did such a great job, I now want them to do MORE work for me!

I am so pleased with the decorative concrete that they did on our interior (garage floor coating) and exterior (patio, porch and walkway coatings). The Polyuria/Polyaspartic over Epoxy has transformed what was blah into fantastic. The colors match pretty perfectly with our house. (Thank you Sherry and son for helping with picking out the colors!) This is one of my favorite home improvements that we have done and very reasonable in cost. Sherry and Cameron were responsive from the first time I reached out through completion. Unlike any other home improvement vendor I have used in the past, they were timely, patient with our questions and easy to talk with. The agreement was easy to understand and they provided options. In addition, Jose, Ramiro & Edgar (the crew who did the work), were so great. Good communicators, knowledgeable and friendly. Even going as far as petting our needy puppy ever time he requested. LOL

Great recommendation for someone looking to spruce up their garage. The initial consultation took about 30 minutes and I had a quote before the end of the day. There was about a 7-day lead time and the crew showed up and did a fantastic job within a day.

I am exceptionally pleased with decision to Contract Casey Custom Decorative Concrete. Reasons to select them: 1. A small family owned business focused on the customer. 2. Experienced diligent employees that are focused on quality job. 3. Regional exclusive distributor of Pentek a superior polyaspartic. 4. Uses large vacuum canisters equipment to capture almost all dust from concrete grinding preparation. My project had about 6 gallon bags of 50 lb each of concrete dust. Using competitors without such equipment puts all this ultra fine dust on your property. 5 . Very very competitive pricing. Lowest of 4 bids. 6. Lifetime warranty, backed by Pentek, the polyaspartic manufacturer should the local applicator close down. 7. Sherry and her husband own the company. Sherry herself came out to review and quote my project and help me selected my product and color selection. She not only provided sample squares, but provided actual photos of the various flake choices from actual jobs that reflected how they looked once applied to a large scale project.

Years ago, I was going to try a DIY garage floor coating using the epoxy kits sold at the big box home improvement stores. I never could get motivated to do that, especially considering the length of time it would take for the preparation and coating process. Over the years, we talked to several companies that install epoxy floor coverings, but I kept reading about problems with epoxy coatings. A few years ago, we met Greg and Sherry at a home show, and they explained their process using a Polyuria/Polyaspartic coating and showed us floor color samples. We were not really ready to tackle this project yet, but kept their business card and called them early this year. Sherry quickly returned my call and made an appointment. Two days later, Sherry and Cameron were here to take measurements and discuss our project. We received a quote and scheduled an install date for as quickly as I thought I could clean out the garage. During the garage clean out process, we decided on a few changes, as we wanted to add some additional vertical areas and add a 3 horizontal stripe for visibility along a 20 foot long step down area. Again, the process for making the changes was quick and easy, and based on the resulting square footage rather than the change order fees that some vendors charge. On the installation date, crew members Jose, Ramiro, Edgar and Zakk showed up on time and began preparations for the work. Zakk reviewed what they were going to be doing and answered some questions. Our project took two days to complete because we had a different color for the vertical areas and the horizontal stripe, which needed to cure before the main area could be coated. The crew showed up early the next morning and completed the work. I had a problem with the texture of the finish on some wooden steps, and reported that. They had someone out to address this the next day. It has been a real pleasure working with the entire team at Casey Custom Decorative Concrete. I have worked with many crews on a large variety of home improvement projects over the years, and this was absolutely the best experience ever! Thank you for an excellent job!
