        Guy working on 5/5/2022 was extremely unprofessional and obviously had no idea what he was doing. Had a confirmed rental from an insurance claim. Was told I needed a $50 deposit. Didn't want to put it down since insurance company was covering it but I agreed to anyway. Not only did they not have a car ready until the following day, but suddenly since I had not chosen one of the 2 repair shops the guy working there listed, I had to give him a credit card and my bank card would not be accepted. After filling a complaint I was indeed told that neither of those things were required. I did leave angry but this guy had the nerve to follow us out the door and tell us not to come back the next day for a car. Extremely rude and arrogant boy.

        Called Dripping springs location to confirmed reservation after insurance set up. Upon arrival I was told I should have called first. I informed the staff member I had called a little over a hour ago and was told vehicle would be waiting. Manger was no help and frankly was sort and rude. Wont be going back!
