I lived here for four years in apartment, 28 One of the ones that burnt down I lived there with my mom and my dad and one day in November 2022 they shut off my power a day after we pay the electricity bill /rent so they gave us a hotel, but it was only one bedroom for three days and theres three of us I had to pay out of my pocket for the rest of the days in an extra two beds some yall may know my mom Sheana Bartlett she ended up, taking her own life because of this at the end of the day I wouldnt go here unless you had nowhere else to go and I still wouldnt go here

DO NOT MOVE HERE Horrible Horrible Horrible Place I stayed here for a few years very unprofessional. The people in the office lie! by the way you have to call a number to contact someone NO PROPERTY MANAGER on site. They NEVER fixed anything.. called the office about my lights not working I had a real bad flicker especially in the bathroom for a whole year still did nothing. ( Safety Hazard) I called & called constantly nothing was done.. I had a real bad roach issue didn't come out to spray. I used my own money to fix a lot of problems.They do a lot of illegal things turning off people light's through the electrical box outside..(illegal) The trash wouldn't be taken out the dumpster for WEEKS because of nonpayment from the owner it smelled really bad.. We had DAYS without hot water without warning. Aslo DAYS without heat in the winter time. 360 is the property owners just fyi NEVER EVER trust these people! I saw with my own eyes how they treated other tenants and myself as well.. They are BIG TIME SCAMMERS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Don't recommend living here. Things never got fixed, put in a work order for the beginning of January, and maintenance staff only came once and only completed half of what needed to get fixed. Took them four months to come back just to tell me they were going to come back in 2 weeks; and never saw them again. More than once maintenance try to come into my apartment without notifying me, even though I had told management that I needed to be present due to my pets. Owner is an old rude man that yelled at me for putting my dogs in before I cleaned up after them, and when confronted didn't want to speak to me because it was not his place to speak to tenants. Place is a mess and major dump! No proper communication from staff and at many times very unprofessional. Don't get me started on all the new tenants they put in here leaving trash everywhere and many times coming to the apartment smelling like weed from all the neighbors who smoked! I'M GLAD I MOVED!!!
