Had a good experience there... except for perhaps the excessive paperwork.... but that's just part of the dysfunctional US healthcare system experience. Anyway, if billing changes my positive experience then I will be sure to update this review... but so far so good.

I have had 3 procedures at this facility and it has been an absolutely fabulous experience every time. The staff is friendly, caring and so compassionate. They went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The facility itself is very clean, beds were comfortable and the warm blankets are so comforting! Highly recommend this facility and the staff from the front desk, to the nurses as well as the doctors.

Very positive experience getting a procedure done here. Clean, modern facility, with screens in the waiting room that show patient status for those who are waiting to take you home. The staff are friendly and professional. Everything went off without a hitch. The only issue I have has to do with the communication in advance of the visit. I spent a half hour answering medical history questions for the office of the specific doctor who was going to see me, and then had to do it all over again for Texas Health Surgery in an online form. Also, I submitted clear photos of my DL and health insurance cards the day beforehand, but when I got there it was as if that never happened. Not really a big deal to have those copied, but then why have me submit it. Anyway, the experience the day of the procedure is more important to me than the other issues, so I still gave 5 stars.
