Corinth Mini Storage

it's a smaller place, for some reason, they don't want you there. I had a terrible experience at this u-haul rental. Lady worked at the counter was rude and unhelpful, this lady is the worst I have come across by far. I would not recommend this place to anyone..

Went there for a reservation. I was an hour and a half early. I asked the lady at the desk about my reservation, then gave her my name. She promptly got an attitude with me after that. Snapping her fingers and acting crazy. She should not work in customer service. I just ended up going to uhaul and rented a truck. They were actually professional, and acted like they wanted me as a customer. Don't go to this place, this lady working the desk is mental.

Rented a U-Haul trailer from them. When I came to drop off, she stopped in the middle of decoupling, told me to continue because she was having a day. Walked off, didn't say anything else, didn't check out, nothing. Then a week later, got the invoice, charged me insurance when I said no to it. And won't return my correspondence.
