Springer and Lyle, L.L.P.

I am a disabled veteran living out of state. I have been searching for legal representation in Denton County for close to a month!!! It took over a week for this outfit to return phone calls and emails. After my intake from someone named Jackie (who seemed to be a good listener), I received a call from one of the lawyers. While he spent 30 minutes talking to me, I had to point out the details of the summons and decision I received. He was making massive assumptions based, I assume, on his human processing experiences because that is exactly how it felt - just another human to process through the courts of Denton County. The man I talked to had the audacity to inform me that 'lawyers cost money'?!!!!!!!! The fact that I am a disabled veteran has nothing to do with my ability to pay or UNDERSTAND that legal services cost money. He had flat affect, was monotone and it was like pulling teeth to get any information out of him. How can someone decide to hire an attorney without authentic communication? Whoa to those who live in Denton County and need ethical, caring legal representation. I'm so glad I left that place!!!

I have unfortunately been in 2 wrecks that were very different from each other since moving to Texas and I have used Frank everytime. I know that frank is the experience I need to guide me in the right direction.
