I was a pawn broker for a couple years , this place is the worst example of a pawn shop in the area . The manager Shawn is not adequately qualified to run this place , offers to buy but wont run as a pawn . If you read Cash Americas mission statement they will make an offer on one of the main items they lend on most(guns ,jewelry , tools and electronics) in almost every case . The manager is in control of his own little world over there also tried to con me into pawning my pistol knowing I would not be able to retrieve it all the while his associates telling them they werent able to retrieve a pistol for a out of state resident . Take your items and money elsewhere cash America has been bought out too many times and eventually will change out the leadership of these stores ! Also for complaints contact the TCCC (Texas consumer credit commission ) if you feel this place or any other have wronged you they are upheld to a standard for a reason .

The Main manager is arrogant and has horrible customer service but the staff was nothing but friendly.
