I am disappointed with the services here. They got my perscription wrong, and I had to go back, see a different doctor, who then placed a new order with a new perscription. Then when I ordered the new box after the sample pack, I went in in person, said that these new ones are working fine, and to go ahead and order the new box. I waited weeks. Called back to see if they were in yet since I need to see, obviously, and nope. I guess they just "forgot" to place the order. So now we have to place the order all over again. Everything in general is just disorganized and chaotic. No one really knows what's going on, like ever. Everyone is confused. And the most annoying part is that every time I call in, I wait on hold for at least 10 minutes before I just get fed up, hang up and call back. I think they put people on hold, walk away. And just forget. It happens *every single time.* I'm looking for somewhere else to go because I'm not happy at all with the way they run things.

I went to get my glasses adjusted and was told to sit down by the manager. I sat and waited then they told me to sit at a desk. I sat and waited, while they helped other customers. Then as more customers sat next to me at the desks, no one bothered to look at me and help me. I recommend going to another location or eyeglass service entirely unless you want to spend awhile waiting for eyeglass adjustment. I felt disrespected as a customer.

Ordered contacts weeks ago. Was given one week sample to carry me through until order came in. Needed more samples since one ripped. Walked into the north Denton location to find 7 people waiting for ONE person to assist everyone. This is NUTS! Give these workers more help so they can take care of YOUR customers. This ONE worker is bouncing between everyone which is frustrating everyone.

Danna and trey were so so helpful and really amazing to talk to. They made me feel welcome at my first time at this location. I was anxious but left with a smile . I don't usually leave reviews but, I will this time because they are so so sweet (they need raises idc how much they make already). Thank yall.
