I am rating Wolmed with 3 stars because I've been seeing Dr. Helsten for about 20 years, and recently started seeing the NP Tina, who is great. However, almost every other single aspect of the office is terrible. I have had the occasional person help, but even they are usually too busy to do their own jobs as well as someone else's. Once I told one of the nurses that the office only exists to charge insurance companies and the response I got "you're not wrong". To get anything done at all it takes multiple phone calls. Sometimes when I need something urgently, I just go up there. I've had several prescription mistakes made, once I waited two weeks to the day to hear back about whether the new medication I was given was in addition to one I was taken or instead of. TWO WEEKS, that was dangerous. It's a shame that the doctors are good but the rest isn't. I've hesitated to go to another doctor's office, but it is time.

My doctor is no longer in practice so I found this place. WORSE MISTAKE. After paying for a doctor visit to get a referral, two weeks later I had to find my own doctor and call them with a specialist i found. Plus call back to ask them to expedite the process. I then had to make an appointment just for conversation about needing to go to another specialist that I already see. My specialist tried to reach out and no response on their end but they want me to pay yet another Co pay to come in and see them for the same specialist I have. Both specialists office has confirmed this place focus more on their other side which does worker's comp. Be careful with them milking insurance and people's Co pay.

Do you enjoy being spoken down to by someone when youre seeking medical care? The biggest problem with this place is Lexi. She is rude, condescending, and makes it seem as if she is doing you a favor by working with you. Someone really needs to sit her down and go through a basic manners review.

Doctor Diaz deserves his own practice. THE REST OF THE TEAM and experience is below one star. Need a referral? Good luck because Ive waited months to get the right referrals not to mention once getting a referral if you want it faxed or emailed better wait for the next bird who can fly faster than a simple email. I will look into removing my self from this insurance approved practice into a different one.
