Watkins Diesel Repair LLC

Zack at Watkins diesel repair agreed to install a rebuilt Cummins engine in my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500. This started in December 2021.A fastener was improperly installed and the engine was run with no oil. Zack tried fo put blame on the builder. I stood at the front of the engine and told him it did not look like it was oiling. He saiid oh they dont make much oil. It has been one thing after another. The truck still has an oil leak. I got the truck back about July of 2023 so it had been there about a year and a half. The truck has been back there several weeks and I have asked what was leaking and he says I didnt look at it. He was paid in full after he runined the first motor. I paid for the second one to expedite the process and it sat in the floor as he worked on other vehicles. My warranty on the motor and brand new injectors both expired before I got the truck back. At one point he broke a fuel line on the fuel bowl and had not ordered a new one.. I was up there and he threatened to push the truck out of the shop. He was paid in full so he had no incentive to fix the truck.

This guy knows what he it doing. Friendly, Honest and will not rip you off like many do these day. He is very knowledgeable ( excellent) diesel mechanic..

This guy is awesome, went above and beyond what I asked him to do, reasonable prices, and very honest and transparent, even when I saw him interacting with other customers he seemed to genuinely have their and their vehicles' best interests in mind. Definitely recommend!
