        My wife needed to replace her phone and it needed to be inexpensive as we live on social security. Alyssa helped us and you could not get better customer service from than what she provided us. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. Just fun to interact with. My wife and I both stated once we got back in the car what a great experience it was. Our go to T-mobile store from now on.

        Anthony was very helpful! I needed a phone replacement and he was able to get me on the phone with a representative super fast ! In and out in less than 15 minutes. Will be coming back here :)

        Me and my family got new phones today and we had about 3 people get new phones so it took almost all day and Justin was the BEST!!He was so funny and we laughed almost the whole day. Definitely recommend!

        I went to the store for getting a promotional deal. I felt lucky that I was helped by Gabe, who is very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the offer in detail, provided information and his personal evaluation on the phone options offered, told me exactly what I needed to do, and took care of everything quickly. I ended up coming back a few days later for getting the same deal for my husband with his help. The way Gabe interacted with customer shows the high standard and professionalism. Great employee like Gabe is really a gem at a cell phone carrier's store. Thumb up! :)
