Love picking up here. There are times when I arrive early to a pre-loaded trailer or I'm live loaded and it takes more than a couple hours. But they always let me sleep and don't kick drivers off their lot. Make sure to have to load locks though.

I wouldn't work here. Why? They set you up for failure. Hr is not for the people anymore. They'll lay you off 2 unpaid weeks close to new years. Point system is corrupted and dumb. Production lines won't work. Half a month and don't get pay for. They'll ask you if you want to leave early everyday. You get injured? Guess what they'll blame it on you and not their failed safety violations. Favoritism. You have through go through Effex the temp agency to work here. Then if you get points for emergencies you're terminated asap. You have to clock in exactly for and out of break or else half or full a point. Sounds like prison foods. Besides extra more sketchy things that they do there. Don't apply. Unless you get lucky and become their favorite pet. New UPDATE* Ruiz foods and effex lay off/terminated/fired THEIR OWN undocumented workers. That THEY HIRED. Everyone KNEW that people where using fake papers and they fired they without noticed?super fxcked up from their own company. Just shows how shady that company has become

The worst company is garbage, Effex and Ruiz fired everyone without giving explanations or notifying people, regardless of whether people had that job without prior notice. On the same day, they fired more than 200 employees without caring about anything. The worst company.
