Quality Inn & Suites Del Rio

The truth is that I do not recommend it, two years ago we were there and everything was very good, now this time it turns out that they could not honor my reservation because the hotel is no longer called Quality, it turned out that they had already sold it and they were new owners, it was It was a real pain to cancel the previous reservation to be able to make a new one with the new owners, anyway, we did it and when I entered the room I really didn't like it, the bathroom was dirty, the hot air didn't work for me, the mini fridge didn't work, ect. Everything was very neglected, sincerely I can't recommend it, but the receptionist was very friendly and did everything possible to serve us well. Safety: Good

Try to cancel my booking was told would be called within an hour wasn't called until 4 hours later and told it was too late because the time had passed. When showed up to check in was told check in time had passed and room was given up. Would not refund my money and stop it off the place is full of drug addicts and drug dealers horrible

Room was clean. Service was polite. The price was amazing. I'd stay again.
