Ive been a repeated customer at Adeline and just spoke with the rudest girl on the phone when inquiring about an item. No thank you when hanging up, dry, short and uninterested in helping. I called at 5pm on 2/22 - hoping management is able to identify this person and give them some additional training on how to answer a phone when you work in retail.

i cant even believe i have to leave a review like this but i ordered 18 items from this shop online during some big sale they were having and when i arrived to their lousy parking situation during rush hour traffic, i called and asked kindly if the bags could be brought to my car as i was stopped right outside the shop. the gal brought them to me and to my surprise it was just one bag but to be honest i wanted to get home after a long day of work. after arriving home, i noticed i was missing (2) “text me” buttons i ordered for game day as well as the “lovebug graphic sweatshirt”, and the “as if crop blazer”. i immediately emailed and reached out and actually ended up getting ahold of the owner, graeme about it. i simply said it must be a mistake and i would like to come back and retrieve the items which were forgotten in my bag. i didnt even ask for a refund, but just asked when i could arrange pick up or shipment for the missing items. please keep in mind these items were PURCHASED in advance online. graeme was extremely unprofessional, obstinate and condescending. she apparently has "footage" showing these items being placed into the bag though the footage has yet to be shared with me. they were not in the bag and graeme ended up back peddling saying the "cropped blazer" wasn't even in stock. unfortunately its theft and clearly she has no customer service or problem solving skills. this is not a situation i ever anticipated having to deal with from this shop, especially having bought items from here plenty of times before. i could go on but that is the gist. the order was incomplete and inaccurate but you will be blamed for it without any proof at all. save your money because i still dont have the items i paid for and will never get a truthful explanation

I found this boutique online and was so excited to purchase some Free People pieces at a major discount - one of them had heavy fabric and came stretched out at the neckline (it was impossible to detect the damage without trying it on) so I reached out and was able to contact the owner and get the damaged item situation resolved within a day! She was very kind and responded fast! I 100% recommend this shop, they seem to really value their customers and integrity as a small business:)
