Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

My Hot Water Heater was leaking. The Tech came and replaced it. I thought he was professional and did a great job. Next day there were issues so I contacted him and set an appointment for the following morning. However, the Tech blew off the appointment. IF you need follow up service you're out of luck. They already have your money (thousands and thousands).

Great customer service. I had some concerns with some plumbing repairs they made - they listened to my concerns. Shortly after several guys came to my house just to confirm that in fact all repairs were completed correctly & that all of my plumbing issues had been resolved. They took time to answer all my questions explained things I clearly didn't understand. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter Dallas. Their customer service is impressive.

Had roots growing in the drain line. The technician did a great job of cleaning it out.

This company is very unprofessional and their plumbers are deceptive. The plumber that came to my house said as part of the price I would get a camera inspection of the pipes but they continue to leave me hanging and never show up at the scheduled time. They took my money and ran. They don't even provide a call saying they couldn't make it. Save your money and go elsewhere.
