        If you are just going to have people scan in our items at self checkout then what is the point of having self checkout. Manager said it's the new policy that the employees have to scan all items at self checkout. I mean honestly like what was even the point in putting in self checkout? The store was way bettter and a better shopping experience/checkout experience when they didn't put self checkout in this store. Checking out there now is just awkward and ridiculous. I hope they come up with a new system or go back to how they had it before the holidays.
