We had a very unpleasant experience with Adnan Sabic, the store manager. My housekeeper took our vacuum to be repaired after one of the prongs bent and broke. She was given a formal printed repair quote of $80. When she followed up on the vacuum to see when it would be ready for pickup, Adnan told her that the vacuum hose was broken and would need repair. She told him to focus on fixing the prong and not the hose at this time. It took over three weeks to fix it as they ordered the wrong part initially. When she returned to pick up the vacuum, Adnan told her it would be seven times the cost of what he quoted, which was a complete shock. He then explained that the $80 quote was just the fee to diagnose issues with the vacuum, which we clearly knew the issue and did not request. He added a brand-new hose, which she reiterated that she did not want to be fixed. He insisted that she DID tell him she wanted it fixed, which was not true. When she asked him to put the original hose back on, she was told it had been thrown away. She felt pressured to pay as we needed the vacuum urgently. To make matters worse, Adnan told her that her employer should have bought a different vacuum. She returned home in tears and explained the whole situation. I immediately went back to the store the next day to speak with Adnan and ask for an explanation. However, he was not there, and I expressed my dissatisfaction with his coworkers and asked them to have him call me as soon as possible. It has been almost two weeks since then, and I have not heard anything from him. This, of course, does not come as a surprise. In this day and age, when brick-and-mortar stores are struggling to maintain sales, I would expect them to prioritize providing the best customer experience possible. If this situation had been handled correctly and I had been informed of the issues and costs in a timely manner, I would have seriously considered upgrading to a new vacuum. They could have potentially gained a new customer instead of a negative review. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I took my Dyson Animal vacuum to them thinking that it had probably died and the motor went out. The great guy looked it over and checked it out initially. He said it probably needed a good cleaning and new filters. I left it with them and just picked it up. I bought it new in 2013. Now it looks just brand new! I am so pleased with the service and honesty I was given here. I will purchase a new vacuum from them (Oreck) whenever this current one no longer works! Highly recommend them for service needs, or purchasing a new vacuum!

Total bait and switch. Called and asked if they could repair a relatively new Shark vacuum. Was told absolutely yes, when I arrived they were only interested in selling me a $1300 vacuum and declined any interest in repairing the one I had brought in.
