We always value our customers, and it would be our pleasure to serve them well, and answer their needs. The issue with Mr. Garcia was the most unusual experience we ever had. Mr. Garcia brought his BMW to us for an oil leak from engine. We determined it is from valve cover gasket, we agreed on the price to replace the valve cover gasket. Next day before the repair to start we contacted him to let him know most the time BMWs valve cover are made out of plastic and crack which is very hard to see until you remove the valve cover. Also, we told him if we open and determine there is a crack is he willing to pay the extra cost of the repair? He refused and started arguing why do you want to charge me extra money? Our explanations over and over was not accepted, and finally we decided to proceed and replace the valve cover gasket only as it was originally planned. Luckly, there was no crack and we repaired his car.The next day he drove to our dealership and demanded an oil change for free. His explanation was, since his repair involved oil, everything related to oil should have been done. Again, we explain to him to repair an oil leak from valve cover does not require to drain the oil. if he needs oil change, we would be happy to do that as long as he pays. He insisted on free oil change very much, even he moved his car to our office entrance so other customers could not get into the office and repeated his demand again and again. Finally, with the help of law enforcement officers we removed him from our property.

She came from Oklahoma without any notice and ask for financing and we couldn't be able to get her approved. they should understand we like to sell our cars , but it is a bank gives the loan (Money) not us.
