I regret posting this comment... and I regret perhaps losing the opportunity to have a good doctor treat me today, but thanks to the attention of your receptionists I was not able to have the experience or the attention. If someone calls you on the phone and makes an appointment, don't waste their time, there are people who make a great effort feeling bad for coming to try to feel better. Thanks receptionist! I came for urgent care and the receptionist is charging me more than what my insurance says and without being a doctor, she is sending me to a primary doctor somewhere else. If I could give fewer stars, I definitely would.

Very good experience! A Very clean office and lrelaxed atmosphere. The nurse practitioner Ms. Jindani was so kind and gave me the help I needed. Thank you!

They need to improve with customer service. Been there several times have BCBS with an HCA. They refused to honor my coverage and demanded i pay in full. There was no desire to confirm coverage with BCBS.

Honestly I was between 2-3 stars on this one. I settled on 3 because I did like the nurse practitioner and she did correctly diagnose me. Onto the bad part though that honestly soured my experience and if I wasn't so sick I'd have probably just left. I'd booked an appointment for a 5:15 about an hour beforehand and got there at around 4:40. Definitely early but I wanted to make sure there wasn't any paperwork or extra things they need so I could just sit down and wait outside the rain. What I'm told though is that because I was here *so* early before my appointment that the normal process would have been to cancel my appointment and treat me as a walk-in and that it generally would be a longer wait than what my appointment time would've been. At that point I was just ready to go wait in my car but the front desk lady said she'd make an exception (gee, thanks). All in all, I don't think I'd ever go back just based on that interaction. It was incredibly off putting and like I said above, I wouldn't have even stayed if not for how sick I was.

The staff here made a horrible day a little less horrible. I came here with an active toddler and they were super nice to my child. I had zero energy and was in pain so it was nice to have someone help to make her feel comfortable in a new place when I couldnt. I was diagnosed accurately, given meds and saw improvement in my symptoms by bedtime. The whole process was an hour and my prescription was waiting in a kiosk in the building. I was seen by Nurse V. Kelly.
