Had a couch recovered. It was damaged when it was delivered. They did take it back and try to fix it after repeated requests but the repair was sub par. Now that we have had it a few months the fabric has multiple holes and now a large tear. We do have kids and dogs that can be hard on things but you sneeze on the fabric and it tears. I've had this couch for 30 years and the fabric wasn't in this bad of condition when I sent it to JDH. After 3 weeks it was ruined and just keeps getting worse. Very dissatisfied.

Very disappointed in the quality of work. Will not be using them again.

Used the website to request a quote. After multiple individual questions ( you think doing this professionally you ask all at once) never did revive a quote. This only ally's to the counter met service, can't speak on the work.
