Hides behind a contract to prevent you from leaving their bad service. They have a lengthy complaint process and also hardly respond that basically makes it impossible. They change and miss deliveries and dont care what that does to you or your business. You are stuck with them for the length of the contract or you break it. Better not work with them in the first place, there are better choices.

Buyer beware. The sheets they provide me are a health code violation, so I have to double up. (double cost) The product they showed at sales is much better quality than what they give every week. I've been locked into a contract for over 1 year, patiently trying to get them to fix. Recently started to work with Ken, and as soon as I expressed my impatience with their problem they "missed" their delivery date, forcing me to have to find a temporary supplier.
