We lived in Turkey for several years and always try Mediterranean places when we are in DFW. Selda by far was the most authentic weve experienced so far- from the food to the hospitality. They start you off with bread fresh out of the oven and a yogurt dip. This is the type of place where you can be adventurous without it feeling risky- nothing is really a super foreign taste or texture for Americans. We had the etli pide, i kfte; akuka, sigara brei, Adana kebap, Beyti sarma, and oban (Shepherd) salatas. Then we had Knefe and ay for dessert. I highly recommend everything we ate. The chefs are Turkish, as is the wait staff, so everything about it exudes Turkish flavor and hospitality. Our food came super fast (it was busy!) and yet was clearly fresh. The environment was also fantastic. Cant wait to go back!!

I like this restaurant so much (the food and Hookah ) also the waiter Ulas was very professional and kind person .

ULAS is the best Amazing food very clean and delicious. Try the lamb kebab u will not regret it. Hookha absolutely amazing. Thanks ulas
