I wish I can leave a zero stars. 3 to 4 weeks to be on a waiting list to diagnose a truck check engine light. Not informed that the truck is on a WEP PROGRAM to fix the issue. If you are looking for a place where they are transparent then go to IPS truck in Lewisville. Please dont yell and try to talk down to a customer on a recorded line. Issue already notified to Hino

Truck has been in the shop for over 2 months for a warrantied items. No help with a loaner, no known date of when it will be completed. Even called Peterbilt customer service 3 time over the last week & they told me a regional manager would contact me. I've yet to receive a call from anyone.
