I feel terrible about all these people that have been wronged by these people. I advise to contact the BBB and Texas Department of Insurance. They did me wrong as well. I spent over 40,000.00 on a truck I had just bought and they just kept telling me that it needed more , more, more. Afterwards, parts that they charged me for were not even on truck. I made it to Rush in Utah and the truck has been there about a year. I had a lawyer that had a family emergency, so starting all over, but I am doing so much research and have talked to many customers and they didn't realize that small claims report was a thing. Well I am explaining to people and helping them navigate the system. Please don't let them steal your money. Even after 40,000.00 they haven't even guaranteed the supposed new parts they did, not the poor workmanship. Stay clear of these people.
