very bad service, the hotel price they offered for a soccer tournament is even higher (more than $30) than booking directly with the hotel.

It's unfair that families - especially those on a budget - are forced to book a room through Anthony Travel in order to participate in sporting (or fill in the blank) events. Several times I have seen the same exact accommodations available for far less when booking from the hotel directly, cutting out this unnecessary middle man. Greed creates such a loss of interest and enthusiasm on the part of the consumer.

Horrible company. Not sure why anyone would use this company. Had to book through them for a Soccer Tournament in NC and surprisingly I did not receive a conformation when I booked. I tried to cancel a week later through website but didn't work so I called and cancelled on 10/5 as we were no longer able to attend. No confirmation was sent on cancellation so followed up with a call on 10/9 and the woman I spoke with assured me that my reservation was cancelled. Well just got charged full price for the reservation and Anthony travel said since they don't have any record of me cancelling so there is nothing they will do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible is putting nicely. Do not use this agency if at all possible. From the "customer service" to their own negligence, just down right awful.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! We came in for a soccer tournament to Birmingham and we HAD to book through Anthony Travel to be accepted to the tournament. Which is shady in the first place. Then we have parents who come in and don't have a room. They have a reservation number but the hotel said that multiple people had the same number so they gave the rooms to someone else who checked in before. So Anthony Travel double booked rooms, clearly made money off of these rooms and people don't have a room. And there are no available rooms! That a horrible business practice.
