this does not apply to the 30-40% of the drivers but to the other 70-60% of you driving I've been riding dart off an on for several years and I must say it's by far the worst and in comparison to Atlanta,Ga public transportation system Los Angeles public transportation system is superb compared to this and could definitely give advice on improvement with customer service/courtesy mainly with a large % of the black bus drivers and there attitudes mostly the females old and young but the older ones are worse and I'm not a racist because I my self is black take the trains only and avoid the busses all together if possible because the drivers will start with you and call the police and play victim i literally have to make a complaint on a daily/weekly basis when it comes to the bus drivers "Right to God" in the Dallas Metro Area avoid avoid avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!! P.S some drivers will literally just pass by you and not stop at all or see you running to the bus and pull of laughing frowning or pointing you to go back and stand at the stop to wait for next bus don't believe me just watch an go see for yourself...
