        She ruined our honeymoon and lied to us. The resort she recommended was a disaster, The room was below level quality even tho we paid for all the upgrades we got bed bugs, she promised us a small portion of our money back, and then refused to contact us again. this is after 6 months of fighting back-and-forth via email before we could end this nightmare at a complete loss. She could not be less professional.

        She destroyed our honeymoon.. Her name is Rachel, and she lied to us, took our money, ruined our honeymoon to the point where we had bed bugs and were stuck in Mexico with nowhere to stay... and then promised us a small amount of the money we spent back and then ghosted us. do not, I repeat do NOT, work with this woman.
