        Had a bad experience 2 years ago. Bought a house cash and they never sent the deed to record with the city. I had to call and ask them what was going on 2 3 times a week like for a month ! Email after email.

        I'm not satisfied by their service. Escrow officer missed an important line item and notified the new liability less than 24 hrs before closing. Also, they took over 3 months to provide a reasonable response when I found out they missed title liabilities. They pushed me to submit title insurance company without doing any due diligence on their part.
