        Bait and switch from what you hear on the phone even if youre clear about expectations I was a customer of Discount Tire in Illinois for 15+ years with no issues, helped in every way, always lived up to their word, and were extremely nice Came to this location in Dallas and everything said over the phone changed when I got there, was told over the phone it would be an hour wait, after I planned and went in the wait was 2.5 hours and I was asked for more money than was told over the phone After two hours in their waiting room my car hadnt moved Ive been to better Discount Tire locations this is just proof theyre not nearly the same Save yourself a headache, go elsewhere

        PSA . This place is trash been waiting over 2 hours also their has been multiple people come in after me and was able to get serviced before me .. without an appointment !!! Still waiting

        Great service and very helpful. But a pothole that blistered 2 of my tires and they were replaced at no charge. Be sure to cover your replacement tires as well.

        They are excellent at what they do. Have good deals, are fast, and accommodating. If youre lucky, you can get in and out on walk-ins. But of course best to book appointment online.
