I am the Manager of DFW Celebrations, an event center in Irving. We used Spider Tech for some restructuring of our cabling system, Wi-Fi resolutions, IT Closet organization and clean up and to run some new cables for our point of sale system in our office. Chris & Angelica were nothing short of wonderful. Very kind, patient and well versed in explaining what they are doing or going to do. The bid they provided was clear and concise, complete with pictures and maps of the work. They also give client access to the project details so there is a track record of every little thing they do. Their installation team provided us with daily logs at the end of the day with pictures of their work so we could stay up to date even while we were out of town at a conference. They have a very customer friendly system and I strongly recommend these guys if you need anything cabling, A/V, PA System or IT room related. LIFE SAVERS!
