Resolute Property Tax Solutions

I used to work at an appraisal district IT so I know they have zero control over what gets reduced in value or not, and I don't have any basis to see how they try to lower values or the backend of their ARB process. What they're getting a star off for is sending me a PDF invoice for $0 and wasting my time instead of an email that I could have previewed on my watch and not spent my time wondering. I had Time Warner cable until 2016 and I got $0 monthly invoices from them for like 5 years so Resolute gave off those vibes.

This started approximately 2 minutes after I gave my contract information to Resolute Property Tax Solutions. Do you like unsolicited calls and text messages for homeowner services that you'll never need? Then Resolute is probably the right company for you.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!! Theyll scam you the following years filing for you even when you DONT want their services. If they didnt get my taxes to go down the first year, why on earth would anyone hire them the next year. Make sure you call and tell them to CANCEL representation or they'll bother you worse than a toothache.

We have used Resolute Property Tax Solutions since 2016 for our residence in Lakewood Neighborhood and our 4 rental properties which are in Dallas City as well as Cedar Hill. Very satisfied with the results. Property Tax protests following the pandemic have been problematic with the surge in the market prices but Resolute has done a professional job for us. Last year was the first year we didn't see a reduction on some of our properties but did get reductions on others. However, the best part is you only pay if they get reductions in appraisal. And you start the next tax year with a lower basis for appraisal increases. They send out an email every year in Jan/Feb to confirm with them that you want to keep using their service and a list of the properties that are enrolled with them. I tried many years protesting myself before hiring them and I had mediocre results. Plus it takes an inordinate amount of time and effort. The DCAD appraisers are polite but they are very resistant and they have all day while you do not. Give Resolute a try. I did and have been happy since 2016. Robert L.
