The staff working there are very nice. My daughter has been attending the swimming school for two years . And finally started to swim by herself without any assist. Her current class is definitely no longer satisfying her because it becomes very easy for her . So we would like her to go to a more advance class to keep her feel challenged and learn how to swimming in a proper form. School performed the assessment. They want my daughter to do some stuff that she isnt taught before. In fact, they didnt teach my kid some skills that are required to pass the assessment. Then they said my kid swimming dont look down , but she has been in the swimming class for two years without being told to swim with eyes down. So it turns out my kid will still stay in the same class which teacher barely gives kids time to swim by their own and teach any proper form. She has been in the same type of class for two years without making progress. I decide not to waste my money and time. So I unenrolled my kid. I will find a place that is more encouraging for kids and help them to achieve further and inspire them more. I should have just taught her by my own, and she will probably take less than 2 years to learn how to float and swim

Sadly, if you have an older kids who just needs to do lanes for aerobic benefits they dont have enough times available nor instructors who stick around. Be sure to stick with a consistent time because trying to find a make up time is difficult as well! They closed to do renovations about 9 months ago which I was never contacted when they could find additional instructors for the time I needed. Sure!!!! Beyond disappointing The instructors do they have are nice hopefully theyll stick around and that theyll improve on finding more available times for gold or silver lanes. So I finally got a response from the owner either I was misinformed or lied to by the front office staff bc this location was closed for renovations last summer. And I was Never contacted once for a whole year bc we were on the wait list for multiple time slots bc I still had some credit left over. *Dont waste your time at places like JM/chains where their instructors leave frequently and are mislead by the front office staff. *My recommendation is find a private instructor and/or use your citys recreation center. Ive seen a significant difference in private lessons vs group lessons!!! Plus its easier to reschedule if you directly contact the instructor!

The young ladies working the front desk on Saturday mornings in June 2023 are very rude. They dont greet you, they act like youre bothering them just by following policy of getting bracelet and lane assignment. RUDE. We wont continue here if this doesnt change.
