I am an individual consumer who purchased cast stone wall caps from Stone Legends. They sent me a beautiful box of sample colors to choose from. Once I chose the color I wanted they emailed me an estimate and as soon as I let them know the check was in the mail they submitted my order. I dealt with Peggy in the sales office and she was very Professional! The estimated delivery date was spot on. I would say they over delivered. Shipping costs from Dallas to Birmingham was expensive. My crated shipment arrived about 4 days sooner than I expected via Estes trucking with no damages. This cap finishes my retaining wall off beautifully! I highly recommend stone Legends!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Richard, the owner is a fast talking con artist. Not flexible, no personal responsibility and completely rude. They shipped my stone by contracting with a tire shipping company. The truck did not have the proper suspension to deliver cast stone. The majority of the stone had chips and hair line fractures. They took no responsibility and and suggested the cracks where normal. Their way of rectifying? sending me 10 pieces at no cost. I can post his responses to me. Rude. Worst decision i ever made in my life. Stay away. I spent over 15k with these guys and it was nothing but heartache and regret...the absolute worst. Still considering a law suit against them.

Rudest most unprofessional shipping office. They will cuss you out for being on time. Zero respect for anyone or anything. Would recommend not booking any loads here as they will make you waste your entire day and frustrate you to no end
