I contacted Greta Horowitz with North Texas Custom Stainless for a quote for a project for a very high-end client. The drawing I submitted to Greta for pricing was very crude but enough to get an accurate quote back. The order was placed and I asked Greta to field verify for fit and finish. I met Greta and her team at the job site and could not believe how professional they were. We walked the project they checked multiple locations where we needed the stainless steel guardrails As we were finishing our walk I was shown a beautiful 3D and also 2D shop drawing I could not believe it all with field verified dimensions and done while we made our site visit. The drawings were submitted to the client and approved immediately. Then I received a call 2-weeks earlier than I expected stating our order was ready I knew I had to go see this operation which I did and wow. The shop was spotless the work in the shop was unbelievable and then I saw my order I could not have been more pleased. I did not want to get to excited as I knew these would all have to install in multiple locations and fit correctly and low and behold every one fit perfectly not even the slightest adjustment was needed. Having worked with her on some very unique stainless steel fabrications, I realized that Greta really understands how to help people achieve their vision.
