Very overrated and under seasoned. Not sure if this establishment focuses more on steaks and not seafood but my Crab Cakes and my Lobster Mac and Cheese were super bland. As expensive as this place is, I expect spectacular food. It was just mediocre.

We started our experience with less than great service. Being in the service industry its super frustrating when youre not acknowledged. Especially when sitting at the bar. We came in (for my first time) during happy hour. Although the deals are good we ordered off the regular menu. It feels like we were overlooked UNTIL Ciara got here! She was amazing and attentive! Turned my whole dining experience around!!!! If you get the chance, go visit her. Dining out isnt just about good food but about the people who serve you! If you see either Will or Ciara you will be in good hands.

Came to here to celebrate a friend party. The waitress we had was excellent! She was nice, sweet, and very knowledgeable about the menu. My friend mentioned to get the filet mignon steak. He said this restaurant serves the best steaks. So I gave it a try. Let me say, I was really disappointed with their steak. I requested for my steak to be cooked "medium well" which came out and served, "well done". Then I was asked if I wanted any steak sauce. Thought that was odd because most steak restaurant take pride in their steaks and don't offer any condiments to eat with it. But I will say that was a nice gesture. Overall, great place to hangout with friends and service was good. But I personally don't think they have the best steaks in Dallas!

First off let me say my family has frequented Ruths Chris for special occasions for years and have always had exceptional service and food. After our experience last night for my birthday, we wont be back anytime soon. We booked the private room for a party of 9. Upon entering that restaurant, there was no one at the hostess stand and we waited a good 5 minutes before we were even greeted. I do not wanna call out the server because I honestly think he was trying his very best. I am not sure if he was new or not but he definitely needed an assistant for a party our size. After we sat, we ordered drinks which the first round came out fine other than my dads martini which they served dirty instead of a simple martini. We ordered our food and ask for the wine list so we could order a bottle of wine (which was not offered). The waiter brought out a bottle of wine with the label completely ripped off the front and presented it to us like thats how it should look. First off, it wasnt even the wine we requested. So, 10 minutes later, the wine was finally brought. By that time, the food started arriving. Many food items were missing so instead of opening the wine, we had the server go retrieve the missing items. 20 minutes later our bottle of wine was finally opened. Throughout the meal, we had to request our water glasses and refills on soda, etc. After asking for the check at the end of the meal, I am not lying when I say it took 30-45 minutes for that to happen. A few members of the party actually had to get up and entered the kitchen area where they were attempting to ring up the bill. Not one time did management say one thing about sorry for wait, we might be short staffed, nothing. When we mentioned the lack of service the female manager basically rolled her eyes. For a bill of $800 with tip, this type of service is absolutely unacceptable. This location needs some serious hospitality training and fast. The only reason Im giving 2 starts was because the food tasted great once it finally all came out in various stages.
