Harper's - CLOSED

First, I want to say the atmosphere was great. This was my first time dining at this restaurant. The food was quite disappointing. This was not worth the $200.00 I spent. The devils eggs and calamari was really good. My date ordered the filet steak-medium well and it was crisp on the surface and rare on the inside. I ordered the prime rib-medium well and it was well done. We also ordered the rigatoni and it was awful. In all fairness the manager did remove the filet steak and rigatoni off our bill. Before we got our food, we noticed a couple that sat next to us barely eat their food but enjoyed their appetizers.

Service was phenomenal! The food was all very salty. They tried to fix it, but it was still salty. I believe its their batter. Non the less the wait or was very apologetic and made the experience wonderful. I will definitely return and try something else to eat.

Ambience is nice. Food is literally garbage. Chuck E Cheese is better.

The restaurant atmosphere was really nice and friendly, the waiter was very helpful. I was surprised how the food tasted, not as flavorful and fresh as I expected. It was just ok!
