Ive been going to Liz on and off for a few years. She has been a tremendous help first with my TMJ, and then with my last trimester pains. I had a last minute request and Liz was able to accommodate! She asked a lot of good questions and the pressure was exactly what I needed today. Finding good sport massage therapists is challenging. Highly recommend!

Ok, this was not my first visit and Rodger has put me to sleep with his magic touch before. I messaged him on a Tuesday night because I hurt my back so badly that I couldnt walk or stand for a full minute before having to bend over or sit. He responded quickly advising me that he was off on Wednesdays. He then told me that Liz had an opening that morning. It took me a full 10 minutes to walk to office from parking lot. Liz was amazing! She worked on me for an hour and 10 minutes and I walked out pain free! What a blessing! After my extended massage, she showed me some stretches to keep me from hurting myself again! Truly, if I could give them 10 stars I would!
