        Do not use this company. They will hold you hostage when you try to cancel your subscription. We've used them since 2016 and only heard from the account rep once we tried to cancel. Not to mention their code is a security issue, that is why we are trying to cancel. It uses the document.write method, so if your website is loading slowly a hacker can inject code and hack the entire website. Stay away!!!

        Great tool and easy to use. I use this every day and it has made it extremely easy to keep track of tickets and set notifications for specific tasks. We have started using TeamSupport not to long ago and I think I can speak for all of us on this team when I say that we are extremely fluent with it's functionalities. It is a very comprehensive tool that deserves to be utilized in more industries. The support we have received when first being exposed to it was superb. If you are in the market for a new ticketing system I would definitely say to give TeamSupport a chance.
