The people of Post Oaks Apartments are causing me to be homeless for the holidays. They said they honor my rent because of me losing my job they did not. Now me and my daughter are being kicked out after 3 yrs of struggling to pay my rent as single motherI have had no troubles , no violations, perfect tenant despite the violations that go on do to other tenant around me constantly I pay over $1200 for a one bedroom to live in a low income apartment. They they could easily put us in a 2 bedroom according to my income! They do not care but u say you are working to keep us housed. Going on social media to let everyone know. Tha this is not true. Shame on you.

Didnt get a chance to finish the program because there was a ton of mold growing in my apartment. All they did was paint over the mold, then I discovered there was mold in my vents. My son got sick and I found out he was allergic to mold and when I moved out they asked me why, I told them and they promised I would receive all of my money. Never did! Gave me the run around and kept thousands from me because my son got sick from mold in their apartment! Whoever moves into 14-8 know what your dealing with. Another issue is there are a bunch of meetings. If you have to work on the day there is a meeting, expect to call off because those meetings are mandatory. You need to attend a certain amount of meetings before you graduate or guess what, youre not getting your money. When I was moving in there was a lot of people moving out that told me the cons of that place. I wish I wouldve listened.
