They stayed open late for us and even gave our kids toys to play with while we shopped. Wonderful people and I'm glad they've survived the pandemic. Small factory high end shoes are true pieces of art and they're strict believers in only carrying the best.

I was profiled when I walked in there by the owner Leslie. I purchased some leather sandals that snapped in half the first time I wore them. It took them 4 months to fix the shoes and when I picked them up, it just looked like someone hot glued them together. One shoe was fine, but they took that one apart and hot glued it as well for some reason. I doubt these are actual Italian leather shoes after seeing this terrible repair. I can never wear the shoes again.

My friends bought me a purse for my birthday a year ago that they were unaware was a replica! I noticed the night I brought it home, spoke with the friend who actually bought it and she was under the impression it was lightly used NOT FAKE I was told a year ago that I could exchange this purse that cost $400 but I had to wait on the owner to meet me and seller at her wear house which never happened then I spoke to the owner personally who said she would look up the purchase herself and get back to me I have reached back out multiple times and have been ghosted, very bad business. I would never support a business who doesn't make things like this right with there customers. It's also illegal to sell replicas.
